Reward Points

Earn Reward Points with Every Online Purchase You Make with Radio & TV Centre!

How does the reward system work?

You earn one reward point for every dollar spent at https://radiotvcentre.pk. During special promotions, you may be able to earn even more. Each reward point is worth Rs.0.01. So if you spend Rs. 1,000 with Radio & TV Centre, you will earn Rs. 10 reward. If you spend Rs. 50,000 with Radio & TV Centre, you will earn Rs. 500 reward.

Reward points are based on the purchase amount after all discounts and rewards have been applied, and are not earned on shipping fees or sales tax. Reward points can usually be used in conjunction with a special promotion Radio & TV Centre is running, unless stated otherwise.

Reward points accrue with *every purchase, and are available for redemption on your next purchase when you checkout online. You don’t have to accrue a certain amount of reward points before you can use your rewards. Any amount of rewards available can be redeemed.

How to redeem your reward points

To redeem your rewards, simply add a product to your shopping cart and if you have rewards available, they will show up in your cart and can be redeemed from your Account page.

Rewards points are not redeemable for cash, and may only be used on *RTC products at https://radiotvcentre.pk. *Some exclusion applies.

Can I use my reward points on any product on Radio & TV Centre website?

RTC reward points can be redeemed on almost all products on our website, with the exception of any products that are marked down (on sale).

Points expiration

All points that have not been unlocked and used as a reward on a purchase will expire one year after the date upon which the points were earned.

Refunding reward points

If you return a product and had used reward points with the purchase of that product, any redeemed reward points (the points, not the amount) will be credited back to your RTC rewards account, and will be deducted from the amount of the refund due. Please allow 60 days for any redeemed reward points used to be credited back to your RTC rewards account, and available for use on a future purchase.

If you return a product for which you earned reward points, those points will be deducted from your RTC rewards account balance.

There are 3 ways you can do the Bank Transfer Payment

  • ATM Debit – If you have a debit card, you can go to any ATM in Pakistan & transfer the amount to our account.
  • Visit Bank – Just Visit any Faysal Bank Ltd or Habib Brand Ltd in any part of Pakistan, tell them the Account Number mentioned below, pay your amount & complete your payment.
  • Online Transfer – If you use Online Banking, Just Add us as a Beneficiary & transfer the amount.
  • Credit Card (Visa Master)– This facility is available only for our valued customers. Credit Card Charges 2.99% may apply.
